How long do I need to wear my aligners each day?
For optimal results, aligners should be worn for 20–22 hours per day. They are removed only for eating, drinking anything other than water, and brushing your teeth.
Can I eat normally during treatment?
Yes — one of the biggest advantages over traditional braces. Simply remove your aligners before eating and drinking (except water), then clean your teeth before putting them back in.
Will Invisalign fix my specific dental issue?
Invisalign treats a wide range of alignment issues including crowded teeth, spacing, overbite, underbite, and crossbite. Complex orthodontic cases may require traditional braces — we will advise you honestly at your consultation.
What happens after I finish treatment?
You will wear a retainer (usually at night) to maintain your results long-term. This is a normal part of any orthodontic treatment. We provide retainers as part of your treatment package.
