Key Benefits

Why Patients Choose Emergency Dentistry

  • Same-day Appointments

We hold emergency slots every day. Call us in the morning and we will see you the same day in the vast majority of cases.

  • Experienced Emergency Team

Our clinicians are trained in emergency dental triage and trauma management. You are in expert hands from the moment you walk through the door.

  • Open Monday to Saturday

Unlike many dental practices, we are open on Saturdays so weekend emergencies are not left to worsen until Monday.

  • Transparent Emergency Pricing

Our emergency consultation fee is fixed and clearly stated upfront. We will provide a full treatment cost estimate before proceeding with any work.

Your Journey

How It Works

A clear, step-by-step process — no surprises, no pressure.

  1. 1

Call Us — Do Not Wait

Call our reception as early as possible. We triage every call and prioritise severe pain, swelling, or trauma. We will give you advice to manage pain while you wait.

  2. 2

    Same-day Assessment

Your emergency appointment includes a full clinical examination, X-rays if needed, and a diagnosis of the problem causing your symptoms.

  3. 3

    Immediate Treatment

Where possible, we treat the emergency in the same appointment — draining abscesses, relieving toothache, re-cementing crowns, or extracting severely damaged teeth.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What counts as a dental emergency?

Dental emergencies include: severe toothache, dental abscess or swelling, knocked-out or broken tooth, lost crown or bridge, chipped tooth causing pain or sharp edges, and significant soft tissue injury to the mouth. If you are unsure, call us — we will advise you.

How quickly can I be seen?

In most cases, we can see emergency patients on the same day they call, particularly if you call early in the morning. We will do everything possible to see you within 24 hours.

What if I have knocked out a tooth?

Act immediately — time is critical. Handle the tooth by the crown (not the root), rinse gently if dirty, and try to replace it in the socket. If not possible, keep it in milk or between your cheek and gum. Call us immediately and get to us as fast as possible.

Is emergency dental treatment more expensive?

Our emergency consultation is £95, which covers assessment and diagnosis. Treatment costs are the same as a standard appointment. We will always give you a clear cost estimate before beginning any treatment.
